The Spending Dilemma

It is perhaps every card holder’s dream to hop from one labelled store to another. To encourage greater spending, credit card companies provide cardholders with countless shopping perks, including raising credit card limits and lowering down minimum dues.

Constant credit card spending without missing payments creates a good impression for card holders. But not everyone can be faithful with meeting deadlines, much more satisfy the total borrowed amount in a given month. Merely making minimum monthly payments will ultimately drown a cardholder in debts, because he is just paying interest and not the principal that grows over time! Financial experts suggest that cardholders must pay the entire sum indicated in their billing statement on time. If this is not possible, at least they should pay more than the stipulated minimum amount.

In truth spending dilemma is considerably more manageable than most people think. Prudent use of credit cards and other financial resources is always the most effective solution for every monetary concern.
